Now is not the time to give up... or is it okay to get tired?
There are times when life tests not character, but inner endurance. When familiar words of support sound too general, and reality demands not slogans, but human presence. Especially in difficult times like those Ukraine is experiencing, many are asking: does strength mean always moving forward, or is it sometimes okay to admit fatigue?
We're used to thinking that a strong person doesn't complain, doesn't doubt, and doesn't show weakness. But true strength often looks different. It's the ability to remain human when things are tough. The ability to support others without pretending everything is easy. Calmness instead of panic. Warmth instead of loud speeches.
Support isn't always heroism. Sometimes it's just one calm message, one honest conversation, one phrase: "I'm here for you." In moments of instability, it's especially clear who can be a supporter—not for show, but truly.
Strong people get tired too. The point isn't to never feel the weight of a burden. The question is what we do with this state. Do we close ourselves off or remain able to reach out to others?
Sometimes, it's precisely human intimacy that becomes the point where strength returns.
